			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are considering your options for encouraging Foriegn Language studies, by far, the Learnables have the ratings. I remember about 4 years ago coming across a girl at a family camp meeting who could speak Spanish so fluently, my friend Alberto, who is from Mexico just had to ask how long she had been learning. She replied that she had only been studying for 1 year, and showed us the Learnables. Alberto had a fluent conversation with her.
