In my own Homeschooling, Dad was the Science teacher. Basically, if I had any question at all, he knew the answer. He knows everything about Science! Physics, Chemistry, -You name it. It’s all foreign to Mom, though. Something like the Science Helper might be a good tool for you if you are like my Mom.
Here is a link to a great Yahoo! Group called “Science Helper”. Enjoy it!

“Brad Voeller earned his four-year, fully accredited college degree in less than six months, for less than $5,000, by applying the revolutionary techniques of accelerated distance learning. Now, he shares with you this amazing new approach to learning that will allow you to earn the credential you need in less than half the time - for a fraction of the cost.”
Global Learning Strategies has some of the very best resources for the advanced Homeschooling family. I have absolutely loved having “College in a box” and have gained so much from the practical and extensive techniques in the book, and other resources. I had the privilege to attend a seminar in my area about 6 months ago and meet several young people pursuing degrees using ADL, and was first introduced to it about 3 years ago by a fellow who’s 4 year old grandson was Homeschooling and in the 4th grade.

If you are considering your options for encouraging Foriegn Language studies, by far, the Learnables have the ratings. I remember about 4 years ago coming across a girl at a family camp meeting who could speak Spanish so fluently, my friend Alberto, who is from Mexico just had to ask how long she had been learning. She replied that she had only been studying for 1 year, and showed us the Learnables. Alberto had a fluent conversation with her. It was quite impressive.Click Here to go to the Learnables Website
